Groom Hill advises individuals and families on their asset structuring and estate planning including drafting wills and trust deeds. In particular, we advise on the interplay of succession laws in different countries, notably as regards clients either resident in or with assets in Monaco and France.

We also assist with probate issues on cross border estates, working closely with local notaries. Where appropriate we act as trustees and provide a full range of trustee services.
