In addition to its legal advisory practice Groom Hill offers for its clients a comprehensive range of trust administration and corporate services in conjunction with our correspondents in various international jurisdictions.
Our Corporate Services team, working closely with other members of the firm, advises on the establishment of trusts, foundations and other legal structures and assists with the administration and management of trusts.
The team also assists with company incorporation in the selected jurisdiction, maintenance of statutory and accounting records, company secretarial services, the maintenance of all necessary trust records and accounts as well as dealing with and advising on due diligence and compliance requirements.
Partners of the firm are approved registered agents for corporate entities owning real estate in Monaco for the purposes of Monegasque law 1.381. Groom Hill is a member of the Association Monégasque des Professionnels en Administration des Structures Etrangères (A.M.P.A.)
